This stay was amazing! Staff were friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was pretty good. I really like hot sauce, but I needed asked for it each time. My stay was about 4 days. On my last morning, as soon as they saw me, they brought me my hot sauce. (Unfortunately it was actually sweet chili sauce, but they replaced it) That is good customer service. I will never forget 😁

We enjoyed the stay overall and the customer service was excellent. Two issues, the room faced the road, it was not possible to regulate the air conditioning, so windows were open overnight and the traffic on the busy road in front of the hotel significantly affected our sleep. A room facing the back of the hotel would have been quieter. Bar drinks were overpriced eg £7.50 for a standard ale.

Stay for Abba Voyage. Hotel between Abba and Westfield shopping centre, walkable to both. Clean, smart rooms with air con! Friendly, polite staff. Good breakfast. I would recommend and stay again.

Excellent stay

Wonderful stay for 2 nights at the holiday inn as we were visiting the Abba arena The staff are very welcoming and the hotel is very comfortable and modern. Inclusive breakfast was lovely and the limited menu for the day/evening was very tatsy and well cooked.. Only 2 little moans..the draught lager didn't seem to have much life in it and the car park was very tiny so had to park at the old buzz bingo.. Would definitely return in the future..

A very enjoyable stay. Fantastic staff.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was cleaned and tidied every day. The meals were reasonably priced; I ate there every evening. Special deal for early diners. Bar open from lunch time until 1.00am. Only a quiet ten minute walk to Stratford tube station using the Gibbins Road entrance. Used currently for people going to the ABBA Voyage concert. Easy to walk there from the hotel. Will definitely go back again.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel clean, great location for ABBA VOYAGE short walk, Stratford TS just minutes away from hotel and 18mins to Waterloo. If any suggestions, bar staff very slow took 3 staff to pour 2 drinks everytime! One took order and 2 to decide on which bottles to use! Also air con would not go any lower than 23 degrees.

A really great stay

Stayed one night to go to a music festival at Victoria Park. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room was great, a really comfy bed. Breakfast was also very good.
