I turned up two and a half early for check in and Craig did his upmost best to get me in straight away which I gravely appreciated, he was very professional and helpful. I then had a general question about parking and Denise was extremely helpful and even sighted me up as a member and to my surprise I was able to access the perks at that very moment, again she was professional and did everything to make my stay easy. My room was clean with a very good shower with all dove toiletries. Bhagwan was great and gave a two pm checkout. I used my 20% off voucher for food that Denise gave me and the food was amazing. I will defiantly stay again!
