Some improvements for an absolutely ideal place would have been: Cleaner hair drier, more cupboard space and some soundproofing against high pressure/noise pollution. Staff were great, no improvements to suggest there.

They didnt have enough cords/extenders for all the things in the room. It was very hot, so, I will forgive some of the bs. But the website says ac! NO AC! The room was so hot that though I was on the ground floor, I had to keep the window open. Some girl let her drunk boyfriend in at 2am and they argued all night. The next day they moved me upstairs. I agreed so I could open the window safely. Everything was worse in that room. No fridge. Shower temperature handle was frozen at highest temp. Curtains sucked. Light illuminating hotel shined in all night.

Not bad - but traffic noise is unbearable

The hotel was welcoming and the room pretty clean if you don't look too closely. The room which I shared with my son was very small. You could not walk to the bathroom unless someone sat on the bed. The bathroom was clean and nice and there were tea and coffee making facilities and a much needed fan - so all the basics were covered. BUT - the traffic noise never stopped even in the middle of the night. The hotel is on an extremely busy road and even with the window closed it barely took the edge off it. So although the hotel is fine for a cheap overnight stay - you will absolutely need earplugs.

Room was very small and didn’t feel particularly clean. Sink in bathroom was blocked. I shared the room with my two young daughters and was asked for their passport at check in which I wasn’t prepared for and for awhile it looked as if they wouldn’t allow us to check in.
