Room was clean but in a London hotel to feel like you're are being rationed for electricity is very odd. The room had only one single plug available in the whole room. This was by the door. Given the room was newly refurbished this is unacceptable. Yn No stickers by the desk or bed. Mystifying

Very comfortable bed, nice sheets, spotless bathroom and tasty breakfast. I’ve stayed here several times and it never fails to please. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, including the manager, Tina, who went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I’ll definitely be back.

Firstly I have to say all the staff are amazing! From front desk to the ladies who clean the rooms, all amazingly happy and helpful!! I stayed here for two nights with my sister recently to catch up with friends as I used to live in Ealing. It’s the first time I have stayed here but I’ll definitely be back. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room very comfortable and clean and the location is excellent. It also has car parking for a small extra charge which is essential in the centre of Ealing.

There were a lot of flies in the room, even though windows were not open. Water fluctuated between hot and cold, the decor had damaged baseboards, stains on the carpet and the shower sprayed everywhere.
