Clean, spacious rooms. Staff were responsive and helpful. Great location in terms of access to train stations to London and Heathrow. The only less than ideal experience was their WiFi in rooms. It was difficult to work in the room and I ended up doing that in the lobby

Lovely hotel surrounded by shops bars and restaurants. Parking is in the adjacent shopping centre. It is easier to park first and walk the short distance to hotel as there is no access to entrance from the road. Train and bus station are 5 mins walk.

Room was spotless and location of room facilities well thought out. Staff were friendly and request for someone to look at bath plug as shower water wasn't going down very quickly was actioned straight away. Will definitely return.

We were checked in by Bamidele. She clearly didn’t want to be there and we didnt get any warm welcoming. Her attitude was rude and robotic with no smile. There was no eye contact through out and emotionless. She told us to wait because they are doing the audit. She gave us impression that we came at the wrong time and it’s bothersome. We did travel 3/4 hours to get to your hotel. As I’ve worked at 5star London hotel before, it’s not the way I would talk to my guests like that. I would be making sure I apologise for causing the wait. Ask my guests to take a seat and ask them kindly back to the desk. Which we didn’t get from your staff (Bamidele). We just sat ourselves down and We got a hi from her expecting us to know it’s her talking to us. As a 4 star hotel i expected a lot more. Very embarrassing if this kinda service represents your brand/ company. Also we were not informed we will be checked into a disabled room. Few things in bathroom was inconvenient for us because it’s so low. But we didn’t want to talk to ur staff so we let it slide. However your staff in the morning shift is breath of fresh air. I just wished we were welcomed with this kinda service but it was our checking out time
