I would stay again, hopefully cleaned properly

Room was a reasonable size, with tea and coffee available. Shower and toilet ensuite. Hairdryer and towels provided. Sofa and desk. Lighting was good and blackout curtains, which is great. Lovely reception area and the eating area looked inviting but i didn’t have time to try that. They serve buffet style breakfast as well apparently. Parking is gated, so if you go in late the gates are locked and you need to use the intercom. Bed was comfortable with a mattress protector on. 1 pillow for each person on dble bed. I take my own, so this isn't an issue. I asked for a quiet room on ground floor and they did me proud on that, which is fantastic. Thank you 😀 Was a shame it hadn't been cleaned properly from previous occupants. Dirty sink, hair on the toilet and under the bed and down the side, was hair and what looked like dandruff. Saving grace, everything else was ok. I was on a 7 hour turn around, so didn't have the time to go and speak to reception. Im sure theyd have moved me . But i needed sleep more than getting it sorted. I would stay here again, i would hope the room would be cleaned more thoroughly or i was in a position to get it rectified

Excellent simple hotel. Shame about the disgusting state of the footpath between the Ibis and the Ibis Budget - full of debris and litter. If the management cannot persuade the council to clean this area surely they can organise cleaning themselves.

It was very good, but as it was cold, it took a long time for the heater to heat up the room. There was no toothpaste provided or any brushes. The place was was nice and clean and cozy. Staff were helpful

Nice value hotel.

It is about a 15 minute walk from barking station (less if you know the way). The room was quiet and in general it was a very relaxing stay. Only issue was that the room keys tend to stop working (the lady at reception said this happens if you put it in your pocket with your phone).
