The staff were extremely helpful, especially the guy that checked us in. He gave us clear local bus information to get to the O2 and back. Parking was great too, we managed to get a space in the hotel car park. The hotel is modern and clean and pretty much gives you everything you need, including a night cap after we got back from the concert. The area was quiet and we slept well. We would absolutely stay here again 👍😊

My only regret is that I could not stay longer. Definitely hope to stay here again in future. Quick check in, clean rooms, less then 10 min walk to rail and close to the Royal Observatory which I came to visit. Once again Ibis does not disappoint!

Good hotel and nice neighborhood. Close to the train station and you can ride into London anytime. Rooms are clean too and the breakfast is nice as well. Appreciate the friendly staff there.
