The hotel is in a great location - there are lots of restaurants/shops nearby and the area feels safe. The hotel itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. No issues to report, we would definitely consider booking this hotel again if in the area.

This was an excellent hotel that started from a very professional unfriendly check-in. Because of my Accor membership I was able to check in early which is a great help on the day. The room was very comfortable clean and had everything I needed the staff throughout were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ok. I would not stay more than one night. I didn’t like the location even though is very commercial. Unfortunately too many homeless and pickpockets. Metro is not that closed either and the hotel is very faraway from touristic places in London! I would recommend a different hotel for more than one night. The room was clean, it has what you need one night only. .

I stayed at the Ibis for one night and was disappointed by the quality of the room given the price I was paying. No double bed and the lighting was also terrible in the room I was in and very dim. Some amenities weren't working properly.

I would have given it a 5 star except for few things. First, the place is clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Vinay is really pleasant and helpful. We like him. Another tall guy . He was helpful too. Redah is not pleasant . No smile on his face. Needs to learn how to properly communicate with people. He was like reprimanding us for eating on the dining area because we did not buy the food there. In front of other people. We have stayed in other hotels in other countries. We never had this issue. He could have said it in a nice way. The room is spacious and clean but there is no safe to put valuable items. No telephone. What if there was an emergency. First time I’ve seen a shower stall with half exposed. So water gets outside and the floor gets wet. For safety reason, no bar to hold on when you get out. The stall is raised. Limited TV shows. The place is walkable to train station and bus and stores and restaurant. The area looks safe.

Lovely movie themed room

Lovely clean spacious room. Easy access to Elizabeth line to Central London. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Disappointing and uncaring

Nice hotel for sure (I stayed there once before years ago) but sadly the service let me down this time. Due to medical reasons that I am unable to detail here, I missed the flight that would have got me to London for this booking. I called and messaged the hotel 4 days in advance to let them know and ask if they could offer me a different date (I informed them it was a non-flexible booking). They kept me waiting until the following week for a decision, and only then got back to me after I followed up. Finally I got an email just telling me flatly there was nothing they could do, meaning I had to book a new hotel for when I got back. It saddens me that Accor chose to profit from my misfortune on this occasion by taking my money while providing nothing in return.

Pleasant stay at this hotel, good location, only 10 min walk to Ealing Broadway which is on the Elizebeth line, Breakfast is very basic but what you would expect for continental. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Hotel was less than a 10 minute walk to the main shopping area and slightly more to Ealing Broadway station. Hotel had a movie themed vibe going on which was unique and had all the basic facilities as would be expected. Only issue for us was toilet got blocked on first use. Staff mentioned to use less toilet paper even though it was nowhere near excessive. Was quickly rectified but we had to be wary for the rest of the stay about the toilet usage.
