Property was clean and unique. Lots of transport around London with bus and tube links. We had a slight issue with power outlets not working- could bit be resolved during our stay but wouldn't put us off stopping again.

I loved the uniqueness of the hotel and it's quirkiness. The staff were all very friendly, rooms were great ( mine was a bit noisy next to the train line), and the breakfast was one of the best that catered for gluten free. Walking distance to buses and trains. More scenic places to wander or run around not too far away. A good base for work or a London stay.

Communal areas were peaceful and quirky. Variety for breakfast was good. Could do with warmed plates. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good location for DLR or walking into Canary Wharf.

Got a lovely room (was Buddha inspired) the bathroom was beautiful. Although as I was asleep (with no clothes on) housekeeping decided to walk into my room before 12 PM checkout. Only an apology was made and no further comment after 2 employees checked and said they will get back to me. - never did. It’s a shame as the hotel was beautiful and I’d love to stay again but fear of being walked in on puts me off especially after being told I will receive an email correcting the mistake of housekeeping.
