The new refurbished rooms in upgrade are excellent I spend a lot time here working away from home staff go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I stay here rather than other hotels I’ve stayed in as they are constantly improving hotel .

Disappointed visit

Booked wrong room due to be partially sighted but was upgraded to executive room, which was better in respect of size but found bed uncomfortable which was strange as stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, bathroom smelt of stale smoke, no extractor fan so everything steamed up, door had strange markings as if rubbed something out and not finished it completely so really disappointed this visit but staff very friendly and helpful cannot fault them at sll

As a regular guest I’ve been disappointed no clean towels poor house keeping . basin in bathroom cracked , should never have been Rented to guest .additional heater didn’t work threw extend cold period . I’ve upgraded to executive room let’s hope I get valued stay and service not sure

Stayed at this hotel before and liked the cleanliness, good facilties and fitted all my neads. Only one thing, one of the windows didn't shut tight enough so could hear a bit of the traffic noise. Other than that everything was fine.

Very nice hotel

Stayed for 2 nights at the Croydn Aerodrome hotel. Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean, but the heating wasnt working. Spoke to reception team and asked to be moved to another room which they did promptly. Breakefast was buffet stale and very nice. Enough of a selection for both English & Continental. I would vstay at this hotel again
