Good value for money and good customer service

The location and price was very good. Value for money. The hotel room conditions probably needs a bit of attention e.g. the room door needs painting, ceiling wood cracks. The bed mattress seemed a bit worn and you could feel the springs. The staff were great and very helpful.

Good value, but not perfect.

Paid extra to upgrade to a refurbished room, but the bathroom sink was cracked - disappointing in any room but especially so in a newly refurbished room - and the TV wasn't working properly (a member of staff did come and fix it). The hotel also has 4 Tesla Destination Chargers, one of which has been out of service for several months. I've reported this to the hotel, but they advise that it has nothing to do with them. Unfortunately they aren't able to advise who it should be reported to either.

Efficient, friendly front desk staff who were happy to offer local tips and restaurant recommendations. Room: Modern, well-appointed with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and ample outlets. The only minor quirk was a slightly slow elevator during peak hours. Amenities: Excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot station. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout, with daily housekeeping that respected guest privacy. Overall: Highly recommended for couples and solo travelers who want convenience, comfort, and a touch of luxury.

Small rooms and maintenance issues

The only good part of the hotel was Mr. Sai Major maintenance issues and fans don't work... need to be thrown most uncomfortable stay and rigid policies Not at all tourist friendly. one of the reception staff, Madalina or something was very rude.... no hospitality at all... Sai and Lekha wre good but they could not help the lousy condition of the hotel Don't stay
