Hotel is nice and modern

Stayed with my son to watch the rugby The check in process in work, unfamiliar and a very cold welcome to the property, staff were more interested in asking for my photographic ID (lucky I had one) and wanting a £10 deposit in case I purchased anything, instead of telling us about the property or services, i spend over 150 nights in hotel each year all over the world and this was up there as one of the worse welcomes

Chic hippie hotel and good location! This hotel is modern and have great facilities. Easy to jump on the bus to get to Heathrow Terminal 2-3.

Good location for Heathrow. Lobby area was nice with games to play if you wished. There was a terrible sewage smell around the lift area and also in corridors but luckily not in room. Room was very small and no storage.

Our triple room was very spacious. We had a pizza which was tasty. Amenities appear to be good. The location was very handy to the airport, bus stop out the front. Convenient and clean
