Felt generic, fantastic overall

Amedities were great, clean, great if your a chelsea fan, also if you arnt. I would say only disappointing part is the lack of in your face chelsea art work etc, sometimes felt like a generic hotel

Staff were really friendly. There is 24 hr security outside the front of the grounds. Interesting as it’s right next to the Chelsea Football Club so was fun to read about the history of the club and the Shed Wall. The room lighting could be better if we had constructive feedback.

The stay was excellent, cleanliness top notch with daily room service. One thing I would like to mention is parking, hotel should mention on their site that parking is there but paid parking(Stadium Parking) apart from that 10/10

Overall, very good. The shower faucet is outdated and hard to use... hard to maintain a steady temperature. Also, the toilet was not flushing properly, either the water preaure was not enough or the amount of water was not enough! It was definately a problem.

Our stay was nice although the room was very stuffy even with air conditioning on. We had to open the window and then it didn’t start to cool down until about 2:30am ish. Staff on reception were very helpful.

London Theatre Trip 2025

Room was clean and comfortable. Good location for local subway and within walking distance of Chelsea Harbour for the Uber boat. Security on sight were helpful and friendly, as were hotel staff. Sofa bed wasn’t so comfy, this is where improvement needed Everything else ok and would recommend / stay again.

Next to the football stadium and nice bar and restaurant. It was a limited menu but everything was excellent. The breakfast was buffet style and definitely worth the money
