Room was great. Bathroom large. Everything was clean. But the real lack of staff (saw no-one at the front desk during my two-day stay) especially during what I would call 'regular' working hours was surprising.

Used this hotel many times but the communication was off this time. Staff ignored me checking in with poor weather, comms from the hotel were in german rather than english.

Why emails in German?

The room was clean and functional. All communication from the hotel was in German, which was a pain! Automated check is outside the building - ok if the weather is good.

This is a fantastic little hotel, ticks all rhe boxes for me, super clean, functional but comfy and a great breakfast. Only snag is road noise...bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Or make sure you get a back room. Triple glazing would fix this issue.

Perfect reasonably priced stay and breakfast just what you need. Not sure I like the very big check in display station outside the hotel where our personal info is on show to everyone around us. take an eye mask as they have the green security lights in the room which illuminates everything. If your light sensitive this will disturb your sleep

What a great find this hotel is! Chose as it was close to a event ae were attending but will definitely use again. V close to Putney tube station, nice location close to lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Check in was simple, guy on reception was lovely. As we drove on this occasion, the on site parking was a real bonus! Room was very clean, had everything needed for a short stay. Buffet breakfast was ample, lots of choice- plus an actual toaster, rather than one of those useless things that takes forever to 'cook' toast! For London, the price was excellent. Will book again.

The main problem was the front door was locked even during the day. My son would come to get me and he couldn’t get in unless I came downstairs.
