I was surprised by how huge this hotel is. Go early for breakfast - it’s a stamped and seating v limited. Bed comfy room nice sized and quiet. wifi good. over priced self service snack bar had good choices incl alcohol but a PITA to use. Staff a bit thin on the ground. Very expensive and you won’t have much to look back on fondly for your money

We had an 8 night stay booked and were asked what days we wanted the room cleaned. Although we stated every second day, that's not what was entered into the system. It appeared that the staffperson had put in every third day. Although we requested at the front desk that our room be cleaned on one of the days, that didn't happen. Definitely a disconnect there. The hotel gives vouchers for a drink at the bar for each day the room isn't cleaned. The vouchers are for beer, wine or a soft drink only. The location is good and is close to the two Hammersmith Tube stations as well as many pubs, restaurants and retail outlets. The breakfast buffet is large with a lot of variety. For a longer stay it would be nice to see some change in the fruits and other things offered as it is the same everyday. However, there are still a lot of choices. Juice and a small candy bar are on offer in the lobby at no charge. We have stayed at the Novotel previously and chose it again for the location and breakfast buffet. The twin rooms are a decent size and a fridge is included. I would recommend it.

I can’t find fault with the room we were given. It was very spacious and comfortable . However, there’s not much options with the dinner buffet unlike in the past..I ordered the crispy cauliflower at the bar, it wasn’t crispy at all and the batter is too thick , nothing really special about it..

Room was ok, nothing special. Check in was very slow. Breakfast was fairly good although the cooked buffet items were not very hot. Bar drinks were reasonably priced. Overall it makes for a convenient but fairly expensive place to stay if attending an evening performance at the Hammersmith Apollo, but it’s not great value for what you get.

The Room is clean. However, it is a bit dated. Not more you can do. Looking for the hotel is a bit challenge. Once you found it, we asked the reception whether there is a short cut from Hammersmith Station. It takes 8 minutes to walk from there. Refill for milk....etc is not automatic everyday. get better when we talk to the person-in charge. Overall, this is a good stay given the location. Hammersmith station with 5 tube lines. bus station is only 1 minute walk.

It was an expensive room - £250 for one night. Felt it was shabby. An accessible room for people with mobility issues so things such as a plastic shower curtain and chair for shower etc. completely inappropriate for us as we were there to do a fitness event at the nearby Olympia. Also lifts were malfunctioning. It didn’t feel Like a treat as most of my stays in hotels do and wasn’t an uplifting stay because of the bad room. It spoiled our experience completely. I rarely give bad reviews but feel taken advantage of and short changed.

The rooms in this hotel are in dire need of refurbishment. The carpets are stained horribly, the vents in the bathroom are layered thick in dust. Just stay over the road in the new premier inn. This hotel seems to milk conference guests.
