I have waited to review our stay as the duty manager was supposed to be contacting me. However there has been no contact. The afternoon of arrival we ordered some drinks and a couple of snacks. The drinks arrived but after half an hour still no food. We cancelled the food as we had to leave. The room was very shabby with burn marks on the floor, scuff marks on the wall, worn chair and an extremely dirty bathroom. Worst of all was the bed. It was not until the morning after a sleepless night that we looked under the mattress to discover the bed was actually broken. We mentioned this on checking out but the young woman on reception could not have cared less. I then spoke to the guest relations manager who could not have been more helpful and was shocked when I showed her the photographs. Not what I expect from an Accor hotel. I would not recommend it or stay there again. The guest relations manager did kindly waive our overnight parking but still!
Perfect for attending an event at the Apollo, this hotel is within walking distance and is well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful, though there was a mistake as they gave us a standard room when I booked an accessible room. However, I spoke with the manager at checkout who was very apologetic and said he would arrange a part refund.
Fabulous hotel with friendly staff. Great bars and ambiance throughout the whole hotel!

Third time visiting and not impressed we had limited WIFi in the room which we called maintenance who said that they were looking it still not working after we checked out as for the room had dust on the cupboards and the air conditioner was faulty as on the lowest setting it was still hot all night and along with the quilt an unbearable night’s sleep, will not be staying here again
Decent hotel. Perfect if you’re seeing a performance at the nearby Eventim Apollo as we were. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice. Check in and out was seamless. Rooms are comfortable enough but feel quite dated with drab colours.
