Checking-in was excellent, helpful and professional (Ashish). Directed me to my room. Conference facility was great, comfortable bed for the night with good room supplies. Next day breakfast was excellent. Help to store my luggage for the day until the end of conference with smooth and easy check-out.

Good location

Well placed for Hammersmith Apollo. Room was a bit tired and had a funny smell which appeared on second morning. Very noisy at night and can hear everything from other rooms. Breakfast is fabulous. Central hotel areas lovely and clean.

A nice hotel, however the breakfast was very disappointing it was a struggle to find a clean table, food was also not very warm greeting at reception desk was not very welcoming

Handy location, hotel good in parts, bad in parts.

Most of the stay was excellent. However, all breakfast hot items in the buffet were cold - I mentioned this to 2 different people and they apologised but did not try and do anything about it. Also the way that JustPark liases with the hotel on parking is very poor - neither knows what the other is doing or how they operate.
