The room was tiny, cold and noisy. I bruised myself badly trying to get round the metal framed bed. The cost of a packet of crisps cost £2!

I arrived to the hotel at night time (before midnight) to check-in and there was no one at the reception. I had to stand there for good 15 minutes ringing the reception bell but no one came. I was extremely tired and went back outside. This is just so disappointing.

I have stayed many times and nothing but praise but this time was awful. The room was cramped and extremely cold. When I asked for with another blanket or heater they had none. The main heating also had been turned off in December. Also the shower entrance was a tight fit for me. So I didn’t have a good evening. No other chair to sit on except the edge of the bed.
