Great staff, helped us with our luggage to their annex building. It was a bit rowdy at night as we could hear the neighbours, but after 9 it was quiet and we got a great night sleep. We stayed for MCM London, and it was only 15 mins away from the ExCeL, which was very nice and accessible.

The front desk and the rest of the staff are lovely at the Price Regent. It is a lovely little, no thrill, hotel, walking distance to the Excel ... very good location for any even and the new Elisabeth line is a game changer too

Stayed at the Prince Regent Hotel for a short trip to London. The room was quite basic, but clean and had everything needed for a quick stay. Nothing fancy, but the location was convenient for getting around the city, and the staff were polite and helpful. For the price, it’s good value — ideal if you're just looking for somewhere simple to sleep and shower. Would stay again for a budget-friendly visit.

Last minute booking for a four day stay. Staff were extremely attentive and kind regarding helping with bags and collecting the car in the secure car park. Room was comfortable - two double and one single bed. Bathroom was spacious for a short stay with a good shower. 10 minute walk to both Custom House and Prince Regent tube stations taking you a short 8-10 mins journey into central London.

Good clean place for the money, staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the location was a bit far from everything but transit was pretty easy. Not much to do in the area itself.

Arrived late and had to clean the toilet bowl my self. The pillows have to be changed. We booked the annex building and had the first room upstairs. Noise from the main door early that morning woke us up. The place is more like a motel.

The overall tidiness is satisfactory. Daily cleaning service and drinks refill were offered, which is not available in most hotels in London. Security access to the annex building. Supermarkets and eateries are nearby. However, the room is a bit small and the 15-minute walk between the nearest tube station and the hotel is a bit dark but the hotel is accessible by quite frequent bus services.

Prince Regent Hotel Excel Poor Value

I was unimpressed. No restaurant serving food when I arrived at 7pm. The Annex room was not adjoined or even next to the hotel. It was along a busy road on the other side from the hotel. There was absolutely no hot water supply to the Shower. Basic Tv with no sign of Streaming other than entering personal detail if you were a subscriber to say Netflix Prime or BBC iplayer. A rip off room night cost Of GBP 459 incl tax. The hotel was actually a 20 min walk from EXCEL. I would not recommend this hotel especially to a women attending the area for business purposes.
