a true gem

Such a wonderful hotel in a convenient area with great transport links. The rooms are beautiful and are far from outdated, just classic hotel interiors! All room appliances worked well - smart tv, fan, kettle, safe, hairdryer, and bathroom. The owners were very kind and accommodating, and offered to upgrade me free of charge, which I (naturally) graciously accepted. Truly a gem of a stay, and I will certainly be visiting again in the near future.

Great spot for the O2

Good spot for weekend at the O2 or Excel if you have come to London by car, had a concert and was probably no more 20 minutes each way to the O2. Secured parking that is accessible by the front desk. About 5 minutes walk to the DLR which in turn will mean you are a matter of minutes to the Excel centre or on to Canning Town for the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and the O2. Front desk very helpful with any issues or questions. Walls are thin as others mention and you do hear a lot of commotion.

I recently stayed at the Prince Regent hotel next to the Excel Exhibition Centre and was genuinely impressed. The facilities were brilliant, clean, comfy and really convenient for the exhibition centre. But what truly stood out was the staff. Every single person I encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely keen to do whatever they could to make the stay comfortable and pleasant. It made a big difference. A great experience overall, I’d happily stay again.
