We only stayed 1 night but keep in mind if you are coming on public transport the bus stop near the hotel does not always have a bus that will drop off or pick you up. The next closest is a 15 minute walk up a very long steep hill which is not ideal if you have luggage. The hotel itself was beautiful and the beds were the comfiest beds I had slept in during my whole 2 week trip.

High quality property in a great location on Richmond Hill. Easy walk back and forth into Richmond and access to the river walk. Room was spacious and well presented. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for sure when we are next visiting Richmond or have a flight from Heathrow.

5 * Richmond Hill Hotel.

We had an excellent two day stay at The Richmond Hill Hotel, which we used for business meetings and a family get together as well. Great service, comfortable and modern rooms with AC and excellent bath and shower, Elemis bath and shower extras is always sign of a classy hotel in our opinion. The food was excellent and the ambience of the hotel relaxing, just what was needed after a very hectic week. class. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly particuarly to our dog, Mia. Very will defintely return and a stone's throw from Richmond Park and the shops. Thank you to you all, Peter, Jane, Stuart and Mia
