Room was clean and spacious
On day 1, staff in reception is nice. On our second night,shower room used once unfortunately drainage was blocked and water came out the room and hallway, one staff was informed about it but very slow response .The staff whose been told about the flood finished his duty and didn't handover to the next staff.It was reported at 23:05, another staff came and seems unhappy about what happened and said he will be back in 20 minutes to bring more towels.Then he came back and put towels by the door of the toilet and more by the hallway. He said he already reported it to the manager ,but can't do anything about it,as maintenance will be sorting it out the following day.
The following day our check out,no one came up there are towels still on the floor but good water is gone
Breakfast, not much choices,should be more options , but its ok
The location is near bus stop and walkable
