Reception & all staff were friendly. Room was extremely clean & we were very happy to have a large balcony. Breakfast was generous & quickly delivered, only comment would be that it would’ve been nicer if on a hot plate to keep food warm. Hotel is near to all amenities, perfect for shopping, restaurants & shows

The whole place is falling apart, I woke during the night to the traffic noise , went to switch on light and was electrocuted by the switch falling off the wall! No response from the owners!! WARNING BED BUGS WARNING BED BUGS! This is the worst place I’ve ever paid to stay and it was expensive. This hotel is beyond dirty. The beds were stamped from 2008 all of the beds had springs poking through. I asked to be switched to three different rooms. All the beds were the same. The carpets are filthy. And to top it all the last night I was there there was a bedbug, biting me in the bed. I asked them for a refund and they denied it! This place was terrible by any standard. Do not stay here!

We originally booked a double room, but upon arrival, we were given a family room instead, which wasn’t what we paid for. On top of that, the heating didn’t work, making the stay quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The staff were polite but didn’t offer a proper solution. Disappointing experience overall — this could have been easily avoided with better room management and maintenance.

A good hotel for visiting central London. Convenient for public transport and close to Wembley stadium and Designer outlet. Parking was a good price although limited at the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable I'd recommend this hotel andwoukd stsy again

The positive for me was the convenience to the stadium. Literally a 5 min walk. I would stay again but not for much else I'm sorry to say. The breakfast was as i expected...underwhelming.

Absolutely shocking hotel! Avoid at all costs! Rooms filthy with dirty bedding, paid for English breakfast only to be told they didnt serve English breakfast! Hotel staff didn’t want to know and just blamed other members of staff for mistakes! Hotel refusing a refund! Trading standards will be hearing all about this hotel shortly! DO NOT STAY HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

The room was very nice and clean, the bed was uncomfortable and there was lots of noise outside on the main road late into the night/early hours of the morning. Check in and check staff were lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed the whole time we were there. Which is unfortunate as there were lots of people staying there for a concert and would would have happily of used the hotel bar and im sure other would have too. There was no mention that the restaurant and bar would be closed over the weekend. Also it suggests that there is room service too, this ia also not the case.
