Wonderful stay for events at Wembley. Easy access to Tube and bus route. Staff were so friendly and attentive. THE most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Coffee, tea, milk and water are stocked daily. Pub downstairs was lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I forgot to pack part of my CPAP and had to order it thru Amazon. The front desk accepted it and got it when we returned for the day after sightseeing. Everyone was clean and fresh every day. Will be staying here at the end of our trip before flying home.

I loved the cleanliness and quality of the room and bathroom , the bedding/towels/ furnishings were very high quality, the bed was so comfy . The staff were so friendly snd the fact that we could take our dog in the room and the bar area for breakfast was great. The breakfast was wonderful, we had the full english but lots if options available. The complementary drinks and snacks in the room were a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning, thank you ☺️

Large room it pretty good condition. Good tea/coffee service and good breakfast. Poor sound insulation - a lot of noise from the corridor.

Gem of a hotel

Extremely welcoming on arrival. Clean room with great amenities. Chap on reception late at night was awesome! Loved the themed cocktails and toasties in the bar when we got back from the concert. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious!! Will book again next time we’re off to Wembley

Served Its Purpose - Large, Secure Parking Area

Great for my budget at short notice and with safe and secure parking, the primary reasons for my selection of my stay here. It’s convenient only if you drive here as, while some places are walkable for the basics, it’s not convenient and with limited options without a car or taxi. It was convenient for the Notting Hill Carnival (short and affordable taxi ride to Kendal Green station). Hotel is part of a pub (separated so quiet should there have been activities at the pub - there was a Coldplay-themed event on the evening of my arrival) which is decent for food and drinks. Would not be my first choice during most of my stays but very little to fault the actual hotel but for the location if you’re hoping for walkable options to shop and entertainment.

Great hotel with super attentive and kind staff.

Can't recommend this hotel enough, especially for those attending a concert at Wembley. The staff was so kind, and the service was amazing. They always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect, even. Loved all the little details such as the toasties the kitchen made for anyone who came back late from the concert and was peckish. The room was clean and well-maintained. The real star of the show was the breakfast, the choice was great and again the staff were so helpfull and really made the stay perfect.
