Staff were welcoming. The lifts being operated by card key increased security and was a good idea. The apartment was tidy and organised and we liked how things were arranged (like the oven gloves were in a box of other stuff under the sink). The split recycling bin was good. The bathroom door looked a mess due to it continually being damaged from being hit by the front door. Bad layout. The TV help screen was useful but scattered with errors. Somebody should really proof-read the content. Having links to manuals for appliances was good but the one for the oven didn't seem to match exactly what we had (although it helped). We had to request bedding for the sofa bed but it didn't take long to be delivered. The sofa bed wasn't entirely comfortable but probably to be expected.

Very friendly staff on arrival who gave us sound advice on transport to the Coop Live. Apartment was very clean, modern with lots of facilities for our stay. Nice and quiet inside the building too.

It's Man Utd vs Chelsea so the price for the 2-bed apartment is high. A bit disappointed with the rooms' condition - dusty in places, chipped edges here and there, clear signs of age. The only 'luxury' bit is the lobby, and the staff member who were helpful. Have to say it's a spacious apartment with enough amenities though.

The staff were so helpful and so friendly, making us feel welcome. The apartment was clean and comfortable and has everything one might need. My only small concern was that the hallways had a strong smell of some kind of cleaning product or air freshener, which was rather overpowering. Fortunately it was not so strong inside the room. Otherwise, highly recommend for apartment stay!

Disappointing

The apartment was clean and tidy, albeit very bland. Comfort was low though. Sofa bed as the only seat in the lounge plus cheap, lumpy pillows made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting the city, and it was an ideal central location - very convenient for public transport, and within an easy walk of many of the city's attractions. Staff were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming and helpful, and our apartment was immaculate and came with laundry facilities which was a big plus. The only downside was the heat - we were on the top floor, and in the middle of summer it was pretty warm up there. However the fans which were provided did a reasonable job of keeping things manageable! We'll certainly be back here next time we visit Manchester.

The Cove has great staff, nice rooms, and a great location for visiting Greater Manchester. This was my second stay and I hope to stay again if I go back to Manchester.

We loved our stay at Cove. The front staff are so friendly and the rooms are spacious and it has everything we need. It's also located in a very central area. Everything is within walking distance.
