Clean but Very Warm

The room was so warm it was impossible to sleep. We was given two fans which did nothing. When we asked front desk they said they had nothing for us. No sorry.

I would never ever stay at this hotel ever again . Rude staff , £10 extra charge if you want a room with a window . Room wasn’t cleaned or bed made the next day . Very dirty and run down

Actually very good.

Room must have just been refurbished as it was immaculate. Very good service as well on reception. Brilliant location, right in the Northern Quarter.

The room was so incredibly warm we couldn’t spend any time in it. Two fans and a seemingly broken air con done nothing to help. Thankfully it was only one night or we would have had to move

We were put in a windowless room without air conditioning on one of the hottest weekends of the year. It was so hot and humid in the room we were dripping with sweat and had to take cold showers just to try and get cool. It was so awful that we could not stay for our second night and left early. There some things about this hotel that make it evident things go on that are not good or safe. It is easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
