The actual hotel was fine but the parking ended up costing my partner a fortune. He paid £18 at the reception and was told to let someone know when he was leaving. We checked out the next day at reception and said we are leaving what do we do with our ticket. They stamped it and said we just show the attendant at the car park and he will lift the barrier. We got to the barrier, absolutely no one to be seen even after pressing the assist button. We had no choice but to put out ticket in the machine and pay another £30. Absolutely fuming. Emailed the hotel and they offered £18 back. A week later I still haven’t had it. Avoid if you don’t want to pay a bomb in parking.

It was an alright stay everything was great other than the fact we had to switch troops at 12am at night since one of our appliances that we needed wasn’t working. The pool was nice, nice gym too, if it wasn’t for the appliance issue(which I understand happens), most likely would have been a 10/10 But because of that I’d give the stay 7/10. Would still comeback.

our stay was perfect, the only thing i could say is that the bathroom smelt like sewage but we didnt complain as we saw it as a very minor issue compared to all the great things this hotel/apartments had to offer. staff very friendly, and great location!

Very nice place. Had a bit of an issue where I couldn’t get into my room for a while which was annoying, but generally very nice place. Staff were helpful and polite. They wouldn’t let us use the facilities on checkout day after checking out which was a bit dissapointing. Very nice location, good proximity to transport if you want to travel around, or walking distance from anything you’d probably wanna see if you prefer that.

Had to wait 20 mins to check in. Studio apartment very basic for the cost. Breakfast service was appalling! Told we only had 45 mins for the table and had to wait 40 mins for food to be served. Need to change to buffet style. Positives: good location for AO Arena and quality of food good

God quality stay

Not the worst but definitely not the best either

So front desk staff were awesome, the restaurant was lovely and clean but £50 for 2 plates of eggs on toast was excessive. The swimming pool was freezing and none of the lockers worked and the changing rooms weren’t particularly big or clean and one didn’t even have a working light. Once in our room it was nice and clean but the intercom to reception was broken and the the room itself was very cold with the only radiator being a towel warmer in the bathroom.
Made with Creme Freshé and mustard so beaware
