Staff were efficient , professional and friendly We were allowed to check in early as our room was ready The room was clean and comfortable There were a few stains on the carpet that needed attention though Breakfast was lovely Staff were patient with the more “ demanding” customers ! We stayed here because of the location to Stoller Hall where we went for a concert and were pleasantly surprised at the free shuttle from Victoria station to Piccadilly All in all a great stay

Parking reduction was good but car park lifts weren’t working which meant lugging large cases up many stairs. Not your fault but you should mention it to the car park owners. Hotel excellent staff brilliant
