We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Manchester, and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for what would be a fantastic stay. The hotel is perfectly sited for shopping, sightseeing and only a few stops on the tram to the Co-Op Live. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and answering all my questions with a smile. One gentleman took the time to draw us a sightseeing route on a map. The housekeeping staff were fantastic, maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our room throughout our stay. We were in a junior suite and the sofa beds were already made up for my children to sleep on. Each day, we returned to a spotless and comfortable room, they even left extra hot chocolate and biscuits for the kids. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and I appreciated the care they put into their work. Overall, our stay was a delightful experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and welcoming environment. I look forward to returning in the future!

Ideal location, needed to be near the station and this is right outside Manchester Piccadilly. Room was spacious, bathroom was big walk-in shower. Gym was not massive, but adequate and had all the gym gear you needed. Was a very nice stay.

Room was not made up on our 2nd day when we were back to the hotel after a long day and it was not pleasant and we informed the reception. The next day it was done but not thorough like bins not cleared, pillow case left behind. Except for housekeeping, we like the location of the property which is near the train station and walkable to good dining places.

Second time staying in the Holiday Inn, staff were welcoming on check in, online check in easy to do before arriving. Good variety of breakfast from continental, to full English. Room was clean, and tidy.

Hotel is fair quality for a fair price in the city centre and close to trains be public transport. What is relay annoying is the hotel locks out the thermostat in each room to a Maximum temperature of 21c which is okay in summer but not in winter when it struggles. The actual temp in my room was 18c. If you push the temperature setting to 22/23 it shuts off. You have to phone down to reception to ask them to unlock it.

The facilities & deco are new. The room is clean, & comfortable. Although it’s located very close to the railway station & the bus line is outside the hotel, the room is quite at night. The air conditioning works well to provide good sleep environments.
