Perfect for the AO Arena

Superbly located for the arena. Great front desk service. Gorgeous room - unusually spacious. Very clean, large and comfortable bed. Nice and quiet despite location close to Victoria train station (literally over the road). Plenty of eateries within a two minute walk (Wagamamma etc at the Printworks). We will definitely stay again.

Very disappointing stay upgraded to a superior room ! Right next to the tram line could almost touch the tram / trams running until 11.30 restarting at 6 am not the nice stress free relaxing break we were looking forward too and needed as have demanding jobs and just wanted some downtime not ending up like a zombie due to lack of sleep

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel. It has a great location, clean, comfortable and trendy room. Great atmosphere and amazing breakfast, will definitely stay here again.

Lovely modern hotel with welcoming staff. Nice room and very convenient for central Manchester. I'd have liked the shower temperature a little hotter. It would be ok for most people, but I like my showers hot rather than warm.

Amazing hotel

Love this hotel never disappoints in a fantastic location set in an old tea factory so amazing character and staff are lovely too. Would definitely recommend and will also be back too🥂❤️

Hotel chosen due to the proximity to AO arena literally within staggering distance. Room ok very clean and surprisingly quiet considering the location I opted for the superior king as it was partner’s birthday which was ok but nothing special I feel you don’t get much bang for your buck in Manchester City center and all the 4 stars were coming in around 220 for the night. Breakfast was really good (not included) with a decent buffet and plenty of hot food choices (full English eggs benny, pancakes etc) and discounted parking nearby

Ideal for the AO Arena

Wonderful hotel in excellent location for the ao arena, Victoria station and shopping. Very clean and modern but with character too and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and we had a lovely meal there on the first night. I would definitely recommend

AO arena stopover

Nice Hotel and Well Placed

This is a nice hotel. Its brilliantly situated about 150yds from the Next shop in the Arndale. Trams and Deansgate right by the hotel. The hotel is very nice but there are a few issues. Breakfast was very nice. In room TV not too good. No ITV. These days of freeview its beyond me why the TV was not tuned in to all the freeview channels. We had BBC1 and really that was it. When we went out hor the day we returned to the room and thought that no housekeeping had visited the room. My wife put the bed sheets sort of neatish but not made and thats how they were everytime we returned each day. Bin in room only emptied once. Tea making and biscuits not fully replenished each day. Housekeeping had been in the room as we had clean towels every day. One gripe with me which may not be right for me to say so but here goes was that 12 months ago we had booked the hotel for 3 nights and had to cancel late and lost all of our money. I mentioned this when we checked in thinking we may get an upgrade but no, some stoney faced receptionist just booked us in not even giving any response to me mentioning this so i felt a little unhappy. All in all my wife and i did enjoy our stay and will probably book again next time we visit Manchester and i hope the issues mentioned will be resolved.
