the spa is poor....closes at 6 pm, infrared sauna not working, and you have to pay £15 to use it. Stayed in hotels all over the world and hotel guests paying to use spa, ie sauna and steam room, is a first for me! The spa is just a sauna and a steam room so I cant see how hotel guests have to pay £15....otherwise the hotel is ok

The stay was generally good however both lifts were broken (on arrival and throughout the stay) so struggling up to the 8th floor was an issue. I would expect better in a 4* hotel

Not the best experience,we were given the wrong room apparently but this wasn't noticed until we had been there over 2 hours,we ordered room service which took over 2hrs and 2 trips to reception to chase.For the size of the hotel only 1lift was working and we were on 7th Floor
