I didnt like that the customer cant control the AC and it cant go below 19, especially in hot days like now. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows are too soft and caused me nwck pain. I haven't had a good sleep. Also, my reservation was upgraded for a one bedroom suite king with a sofa, and i didn't get that. I paid 20 quid extra for this upgrade. I was too tired to change the room really. The location is great, very walkable .

Overnight stay for an event

We were met with very friendly reception staff. They were very helpful. We were given a complimentary room upgrade which was great. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Unfortunately there was building work opposite our room which started at 6am!! The breakfast was very good although how it is laid out meant you had to dodge people to get to the food. There was plenty of choice.

The hotel was lovely, the room was great with all essentials. The hand lotion scent was amazing. The breakfast was awful, plastic food, too cramped to get around the buffet.
