Our room is the best ones we have had when compared with all the rooms we had in past 20 years of our travel, either in the US, Europe or Asia and Africa. The location of this Aparthotel is the best we have ever had. It is next door to Manchester's main train station. Can't find any better word to describe how close it is to the train station, NEXT DOOR is the closest. Walk out of the station building, turn right, there you are. By the way, we have been wondering what techenology is deployed. You DO NOT HEAR any moving trains or street vehicles, buses, trams or cars. Family is light sleeper but had great sleeping experience even with 8 hours time difference. Our room/apartment has a complete kitchen where you can cook your preferred meals, which makes our stay more comfortable. There is in suite washing machine, a misuse proof one, very smart. The staff working at this property are so helpful and thoughtful. Their work let us feel they reeeeaaaally want to help and make your stay easier. A small example here, we shared our travel plan with the front desk and left for London. On the day we are back our stuff are right at the front desk ready to go. We actually a few hours earlier than agreed time. So we sinerely appreciate and promise to stay at this place whenever we come to Manchester in the future.

Hotel was soo clean. Freindly helpful staff. My apartment 2 bedroom delux was good with fantastic views, my only bug bear was the uncomfortable sofas and the lack of tv channels. However that aside enjoyed my stay and location.

The staff was very nice, but the room was very bare bones. We had to request additional bedding for our pull out couch as the set in the room did not appear to be clean. It was fine for the price, but would probably pay up for a nicer place if we return to Manchester. Location next to the train station and walking distance to Etihad was great.
