Hotel is in a prime position for Newcastle city centre the room has everything you need.The prices and food are reasonably priced for a city hotel.The staff were very helpful from check in to check out.The only downside was the music coming from the public bar underneath the hotel which only stopped at 2am.

Lovely staff the moment we arrived made us feel like a very valued customer, Lovely gesture gifting us a couple of glasses of prosseco as there for our anniversary. Rooms are spotless with comfortable bed nice pillows etc and the breakfast in the morning has a great variety all in all 10 out of 10 couldn't fault the place and look forward to returning.

Enjoyed the spacious room, we stayed in room 717. This is our 2nd time in the hotel. Love how close the hotel is to the train station. Only thing i noticed is that both occasions, only 1 lift was working out of the 2. Lifts are tiny, it says it fits 10 people but I doubt it. Breakfast included but can do with lots of improvement, no fried eggs. No cutlery or plates laid out on the table. Slow clearing of tables. Saw a blonde waitress doing her mascara near the hot food pass using a reflection on the wall, so unprofessional.

Saturday night!

Lovely staff and nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. 2nd floor room with a poor view and very noisy from local bar music till 1am. The room was very stuffy overnight with poor air conditioning
