Bed was damaged, condition of the walls and areas in the room was poor. Holes and dents in the walls. Shower took over 5 mins to get warm no air conditioning and kitchen facility had chips in the worktops. Very disappointing. Don’t think I’ll be stopping again.

Visited from Glasgow for Sam Fender at St James park. Stayed here before because of how close to the stadium it was and it never disappoints. Staff are great, rooms are a good size. Could maybe do with a little rejuvenating but that’s the only complaint about the place.

The room was cheap and clean BUT you could climb through the window in the hallway (which doesn't lock) and get into the room. There just doesn't seem to be any management, staff were pleasant but clearly demoralised. No need to worry Ive prebooked breaakfast. The worst breakfast I've ever had, inedible food, scruffy and dirty restaurant, glimpses of the kitchen don't offer any hope that anyone's washed anything this week. The cheapest ingredients across the board, sad offerings of days old ham and fruit and crimes against a buffet fry up. Just awful.
