Parking is horrific, they have an auto system, that fines you even when you have paid, they will then refund you, but if its a hire car, Avis will have paid it and added an admin charge. sorting it was a horror show, while the hotel did cancel their side, their incompetence cost me hours with avis, and the hotel had no intention of actually doing anything helpful. driving though the car park is... don't have a large car. GET A DECENT CAR PARK.
Room was cold, a sad electric heater was in the room so they knew it was. Bathroom a bit grotty, several lights broken (they did come and fix). Coffee at breakfast was shockingly disgusting (think they got it from a burnt building).
there are better options down the road.
