Clean beautiful grounds. Staff always pleasant with a smile . Buffet some mornings long line up. Sign there . App easy to use . 1 restaurant à la carte long line up to book a reservation. Rooms musty smell, but for a humidifier helped . Quiet in the evenings . Theatre was nice . Cons: The beach . Horrible . Rocky , sargassum. Workers worked so hard cleaning & raking . Huge resort . Walk+. Train need more frequent . Pools : clean beautiful . Spit out to bartenders/waitresses. Bring lots of sun screen Security: good . Bracelet for door.

By far truly one of the best ever all inclusive resorts! The attention to detail by all the staff makes you feel super valued. I stayed on the 5th floor ocean front and Ruben from room service was exceptional and truly exceeded any request or expectation. Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a fabulous trip here! The prices were more affordable than other places we looked at, while still providing a top notch experience! We loved every second of our trip from our rooms, the pools, the ocean, the restaurants, and especially the amazing staff. Specifically Gustavo made our trip even better then we could have asked for, always engaging us in activities, while providing information, conversation, and the best dance moves. We also had a great time with staff members like Suzy, Victor, and Margarita!

My first time to this hotel/location and I can definitely say I will be back ! I loved the closeness of 5th Avenue and all it has to offer. The north beach was my favorite in the morning, and then the pool in the afternoon. The tireless efforts to remove the sargassum was amazing. The event staff was wonderful to interact with.. as was all the other staff members. So helpful and very kind. The specialty restaurants offered delicious foods, and I could always find something at the buffet I enjoyed. I was offered an upgrade to my room at arrival as it was off season, and I can honestly say it was the best decision to have that beautiful room and view! With all good fortune , I will be back next year! And bring more friends!

Very good, we've was in paradise! But in the bathroom to sleeky floor in shower room, no magnified mirror ( hard to shave) and in the best in my memory buffet almost not possible to read very small food tags with black background. And too many wild animals.
