Needs improvement: Pls provide the correct QR code for complimentary Sentosa entry - The one provided by Expedia / W hotel is incorrect, leading to guest paying S$6 at the Sentosa gantry. pebble view from wonderful room

stay was average. will suggest going another hotel for staycation next time as the view of the hotel is not good, book a wonderful room category but the view from room are the rooftop with pebbles. had to call to ask to change another room, operator suggest taking a look at another room which seems a little better. just wondering why didn’t they offer me the room at the start when the rooms are available. so in short, i guess the building of w hotel is not really fantastic hence not recommending people to book it for staycation or holiday.

It was ok. Room was like a premier inn with no view. Breakfast is like a circus just packed. Never got coffee that I ordered. Pool was nice but lots of screaming kids.
