One positive is the room was large. It was a tired looking room. The bathroom was moldy as to looks like the housekeeper only clean at eye level. It’s not at terminal 5! And it’s Not in Heathrow

The staff was super helpful and friendly. However, It was not made clear that this hotel was NOT at Terminal 5 at all. It's a 10mns taxi ride from the Terminal, so beware. I landed at Terminal 4 late at night and the only way to get to this hotel was by taxi (
