I was visiting from the United States. The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was excellent getting us a taxi to the port. There was only one gentleman who had not a very nice attitude and he worked at the bar, tall white guy. I had a handicap room that I did not care for, but that was all that was available when I checked in overall The hotel was nice.

Good hotel, stayed there previously. Staff, food and hotel are really good, parking can be an issue if you arrive late as spaces get full quite quickly. Breakfast needs to be topped up faster at peak times.

The overall condition of the room wasn’t great. It looked dirty, carpet was filthy and it was generally in need of some attention. That said, the bedding and towels were clean and the bathroom had been cleaned well. There was a lot of noise resulting in me being woken multiple times throughout the night. The heating/air con control screen was broken meaning that I couldn’t control the temperature myself. I had to go to reception twice to ask them to change it on the main control panel. Parking is extra which is a bit cheeky for an out of town hotel. I personally wouldn’t stay again but it served a purpose for that night.
