Parking is expensive and don’t offer discounts for staying at the hotel. Whereas other hotels next door offer promotional rates to use Manchester central NCP car park. Check in speeds could be quicker as we had to wait in excess of 2 hours to check into our rooms after our allotted 3pm check in time.

Nice hotel but hidden extras and restrictions.

Car park was expensive off site (recommended by hotel) Wasn’t aware of restricted swimming and spa facilities when with children till after booked. Shower had a block plug hole causing the bathroom to flood. Hotel entrance looks nice and rooms are spacious.
