Dated property. Pics on hotels.com no longer represent current reality. Room clean, but dated. Sofa stained. Bathroom tiles chipped. Desk chipped. Half power outlets didn't work. Claims there's a cafe for dinner, but it's really the bar menu. Convenient to get to cruise terminal.

Nice hotel convenient to get to cruise port . Clean friendly , bathroom sink slow draining . No big deal . Told staff when we left . Nice hot breakfast.

The staff is EXCELLENT at the check-in, bar and the restaurant. Everyone is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned, other than that it was great.

Nice hotel for a 1 N stay. Many cruisers are using it. Nice staff. We got a handicapped room. The bed was very small, smaller than a queen size bed for 2. Otherwise it was fine.

The floor was full of brown stains / blood / poo was not nice we was there for a family funeral and was late so was a rush told them this morning and they were not interested what so ever
