The bed was very firm not my taste Food was decent Hot tub is why I booked it and it was broken I showed up at 8:33 when it was workin and they said cut off is 8:30 but closing time is 9:30 and refused to let me in!!! So pissed!!

A very disappointing stay here to say the least. Chose to stay for the Black Sabbath gig. Initially at check-in we were told our room wasnt ready twice and were sent away, we chose to leave our bags and go to the gig. We finally arrived home at 3am to be told that there was a leak in the hotel and we were being moved to the city. After some protesting they admitted that they had overbooked the hotel. They offered to let us hang around for an hour until another guest checked out at 4am to move us into another smaller room. The staff were quite rude and unhelpful and tried to lie their way through the situation and then offer us half of the original compensation they had offered.

Fabulous trip to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole

As a disabled visitor who had had my handbag stolen on my journey to the hotel, I can't thank the kind and caring staff enough for all their help & support. This was a one night stay. I will definitely be back again for it's location to everything you need.

Room felt shabby and required cleaning. Carpet had stains, bathroom had numerous hairs all over the floor, duvet cover had dirt mark on side and toilet roll was dirty. Flush didn't work well. Breakfast buffet is extensive, good choices however due to room cleanliness, really disappointing for over £250 for a night's stay!

Great hotel, with good facilities.

A really comfortable, well serviced hotel. The leisure centre is especially good and the staff great. I just wish that hotels these days had in-room fridges as they are just so useful to store some food and drink during your stay as when you're on business you don't always want to eat out.
