There was no food available in the restaurant!! At 7.30pm we arrived and booked the restaurant for a meal at 8.30pm. After a dreadful journey (additional 4hours added to our arrival due to motorway closure). When we went down to the restaurant we selected our choice of food only to be told NO HOT FOOD available! We ended up with sandwiches. No other offerings!!! The manager came across to apologise and kindly provided a complimentary drink as a gesture. We were grateful, but not having any hot food available?!

Terrible hotel and will not be staying again. My dad used to stay here many years ago and it dropped standards terribly. An hour wait for food which was then burned. Fire alarm phone call at 23:00, and very noisy guests. And then to charge for parking is a disgrace.
