Room was spotless, The use of the Virgin gym facilities was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and brough a kettle to the room when asked. It was very quiet on Friday but sadly it was noisy and difficult to sleep on Saturday night due to the cars racing around outside the hotel in the underground area of canary wharf. Better to be on the River side that the city side of the hotel during the weekend

The rooms and hotel was awesome however the location of our room faced a busy road and was pretty noisy all night like you was on the side of a formula one track. But the hotel and staff itself was absolutely perfect. The location was also good in terms of being able to just stroll into Canary Wharf. Just a shame about the noise of the road but no fault of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were rude and incompetent. We had included breakfasts with one of our rooms. Every morning we had to fight with the staff that breakfast was included, which was an unpleasant start to our day. When we checked out, the breakfasts were charged. They wouldn't let us talk to management. They never worked it out with us. We would not have paid 66 pounds per day for breakfast that wasn't very good. The experience ruined our stay in London.
