Approximately 3 minutes from the station, staff were very helpful and nice (like when I locked myself out of my room almost immediately after check-in), and room cleaning/service was fantastic.

My room was good and clean, and the area was really quiet even though there was an active construction site right outside my window. Getting checked in was quick and easy and their is a 7-11 right outside along with some good food options a short walk away. However, the building is 13 stories with only a single, small, elevator and no stair access. You WILL be waiting on the elevator. Also, the train line nearby is ALWAYS busy. From first thing in the morning to late at jight, expect to get crammed into the car. Finally, i got a non-smoking room, but my room reeked of cigarette smoke AND it was obvious that they hadnt cleaned the AC in awhile as turning it on added a musty, dirty, smell to the room.

Reasonable if eco-friendliness is your priority.

APA hotels are all very sinilar, focused on eco-friendliness, so rooms are small and a/c can’t t be adjusted so it can get either too cold or to hot. They clean rooms every third day. Water was nice and hot, employees were very friendly,

It's very convenient for tourists especially who like using the public transportation. It's 5 minutes walk to Ayase Train Station. And the store of 7 eleven is at the next building.
