Great hotel

Great hotel in a great location with amazing views. Unfortunately the windows are so dirty I couldn’t see out very well at the amazing views. The windows also create noise when windy. I was staying on the 10th floor. Unfortunately you are under the kitchens for breakfast and the restaurant so early morning and until the restaurant shuts in the evening you get a lot of noise on the hard floor above, luckily I had earplugs. Air conditioning /heating in my room didn’t really do anything apart from be noisy and I was quite cold. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lovely swimming pool. Bar stayed open late. The hotel is in a great location and near to everything. If you come by train you can get a bus to the centre of Plymouth from the station rather then a more expensive taxi. There’s a Tesco very close for essentials and lots of places to eat nearby. All in all really good just don’t stay on floor 10.

Nice weekend away

Nice hotel, comfy bed, pillows bit lumpy and did have to ask for water and tea and coffee to be replenished but no biscuits this time. But overall we enjoyed our stay especially visiting Marco Pierre restaurant.

Great stay our second visit.

Trip was great, not enough staff on reception at key times. There was a huge queue on checkout with no box to put your key in. Premier lounge was fantastic but wine has been downgraded since iur last visit and fridges locked. Will go again to visit our family in the west country.
