We stayed here for two nights. Upon arriving there was hair everywhere in the room, the bathtub and on the bed. On top of that the glasses provided for the bathroom and the room for drinking were dirty with lip marks on them. The bathroom had no shower gel or shampoo included. The room itself was very spacious and had an amazing view as I had expected as we got a sea view room.

Weekend away love this hotel

We love staying at this hotel , location short walk down the hill to the centre , clean comfy room with a lovely sea view room , paint work needs some tlc , will be back girl On bar Saturday night at 10.30 was being spoken to by a not very nice guy which I don’t think she deserved

Good location.

Great location. Helpful staff. Disappointed that they charge extra for parking, especially in the off season. It was advertised at £7, charged £10. When you pay £150 for a room, you’d expect the parking to be included

Overall a good stay

Overall the stay was good, we used the pool/leisure facilities and these were good. We were given a Sea view room when we didn’t pay for an upgrade - that was a real surprise. In terms of faults; the bath/shower mat was extremely dirty, we had to ask for a new one - this also was not the cleanest. The whole room could’ve done with an overall Hoover. The patio door was also broken and would not shut - during the strong winds it really whistled through here. Plus the balcony was closed off - probably a good thing as it looked dangerous and in need of repair.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I paid extra for the view and it did not disappoint - lovely balcony and glorious view. The hotel was faultless - would not hesitate to recommend.
