Wonderful staff and very clean, only downside is the parking

Clean room, nice staff.

I docked stars for cleanliness because the shower tile had a good amount of mold in between tiles which I am careful of both for cleanliness and it can trigger my asthma. The positive is it has a Michelin starred Thai restaurant on site, which was very busy and delicious tho I caution it is spicey. Also the location felt safe and was walkable to BLS International, where we had an appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Housekeeping was great on the subsequent days of the trip, and having bottled water with a water refilling station was very helpful.

Great value in the heart of Union Square. GREAT little perks like excellent coffee and cookies. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The staff at this hotel is the RUDEST staff I have ever encountered. Called down to request a late check out and was lied to and told they were sold out, which upon checking they clearly were not even close to sold out. When confronted staff stated that she meant they were sold out the night before which again I highly doubt . I checked in around midnight and they still had plenty of rooms available on hotels.com. At checkout I requested to check my bags because my flight didn't leave until later and I wanted to explore the city, I was told that the closet was filled up by yhe customers that had checked out at 11am!
