Lovely reception staff, helpful, friendly. Liked the breakfast set up, sit wherever and had lovely views while having breakfast. rooms comfortable and clean. Great hotel and great price. Will always stay at one of the Hampton by Hilton when in york.

Nice place! Nice clean room. Breakfast was amazing!! Parking will run you about £18 a night as there is no lot on the property and they use a third party but they will comp your ticket. Nice staff. Breakfast was the best part 10/10

Good location, staff friendly & helpful. Room was nice but beds about 30cm too high and very firm. Sad that there is no parking of their own but a discount given for the NCP carpark at the end of the road (it's a little scary trying to drive up and down the floors as the sloaps are so tight & steep)

Sunday theatre night stay

Our check in was quick and room ready 1 hour earlier the official time which was good. The hotel is in an ideal location near the train station and city centre. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. I thought the price was very good. Couldn't fault anything.

A birthday to remember for my mum

Great hotel

Great location, spotlessly clean, well designed room, good breakfast, even made use of the maintenance team to remove a nail from my partners shoe. Parking a rip off but that isnt the hotel fault.

Nice hotel, hard beds!

Lovely hotel, great location near the train station. Room was clean and tidy but the bed was quite hard and you could feel springs, not the best but we were only there for a dew nights so didnt ask to move rooms. I wish we had as after 3 nights it gave me backache! Breakfast was fine, typical buffet but very busy at 9am
