Positives: comfortable bed, good A/C, quiet. Experienced and professional front desk experi nice. Restaurant Staff was very lean and lacking, so, two stars. The handicapped room shower results in water escaping beyond the shower all over bathroom floor. There was only one vegan meal of Szechuan tofu and veggies. This very saucy and assertive dish was served with NO RICE. One person in our party ordered roast chicken , which did not come out until 20 minutes after all other food was served. This is not how meal service should happen. She then felt rushed to eat her meal as we all watched her eat, having already finished.

Good Airport Hotel.

Good airport hotel with a bus at the door to take you to the terminal The location is not the best, but this hotel is perfect for an overnight stay prior to flying out if you have just arrived.

Comfortable sleep, Clean!

It was a short stay overnight but we had a comfortable sleep with great pillows. We could not adjust the air conditioning temperature from auto. We found it hard to work out and the windows could not be opened.

Unlike most hotels, we've stayed, the one thing we noticed on the properties are they do not have a convenient store in-house for travel necessities we might have forgotten or needed. Otherwise, the staff are all nice and helpful.

The property was easy to find, check was fast and easy. Reception staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant was very convenient having arrived around 7.30pm

The hotel, while in the middle of light industrial area was convenient to the airport some 12 minutes drive. The hotel was clean and well presented as was the room though showing signs of ware with the lighting switch panel failing on us and the bathroom was an old design with the toilet tucked away behind the door making it a little difficult to get there. If you are mobility challenged at all its not going to work. Likewise the shower over the bath! There were no USB charging points anywhere. The in room entertainment was also challenging with no free movies or news channels that we could find in our two night stay. You were required to use your own device to scan a QR code or log into this and that website to access anything worth watching, and at your expense and this was pretty clunky at best and often didn't work. I was warned by the Nortons security on my phone not to access some of these, including the one you needed to access to pay for your onsite parking. I knew beforehand that parking was on a paid basis but this seems like gouging as there was plenty of space and you were already paying a premium to stay here. In light of the robots running around in the dining room I think their focus on trying to present a modern and update environment is really let down by the technology failures in the rooms. Attention to smaller things is required. I would therefore rate it 3.5 out of 5. Certainly could do better.
