Staff at front desk reported my heater was not working and making a bad noise for 3 nights, but nothing was done about it nor any apology made. It did disrupt my sleep. Bottom sheet was not fitted and so kept on moving. Pillows were flat and not comfy. Our access cards kept on having to be reset. View was good, shower was superb and mostly clean. Size was amazing.

Bathrooms made out of one piece of plastic and very old. Most rooms on ground floor, my room was right next to people parking in front of my window. Questionable safety with open windows.

Okay for price

Not sure if we just got unlucky with our room, but it was fairly dirty. Both the room itself and bathroom need a good clean. There was quite a bit of dust, dirt, and grime in the harder to reach places. Unfortunately easy to see though. The bed was quite uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much, but that was also because the room was also quite loud at night. We could hear a TV or people talking, presumably from the next room over. The door to the lobby also kept closing quite heavily and waking us up. Parking was a fair price and the amount of parking was sufficient. We didn’t have a problem finding a spot. The location of the hotel was phenomenal! We were able to walk into the city centre and up and down the dock. We very much enjoyed that. Overall, we didn’t pay much for the room for the night at all, so maybe it’s fair. If you get a cleaner room with a more comfortable bed in a quieter area of the hotel, it’s definitely worth it.

This is a nice tourist hotel near The Albert Dock, and walkable to the Mersey Ferries and The Beatles Matthew Street. Liverpool One has shopping, dining and is also a short walk. The only drawback is the street you must cross to get over to the dock areas is very busy with limited crosswalks. I would still recommend.
