Unpleasant

The hotel was very hot in the night and there is no air conditioning. There was also an issue with the toilet flush which was fixed the first night but there was no maintenance guy to fix it the second night so we had to put up with it and the noise of yoilet flushing all night. Pretty poor for a 4 star hotel

Cozy hotel on Hanover street

Nice and cozy hotel near the shopping area. The executive room is a little disappointing as I was expecting a bug upgrade. The room was slightly bigger, the king size bed did not feel king size, the room design and amenities are just about the same as the standard room. This is not our first time to this hotel. We prefer the old days where breakfast was included and unlimited access to the swimming pool.

I enjoyed my stay, including the pool and sauna. The hotel service was very good. On my second night there was an annoying beeping sound that continued throughout the night - I don't know if it was coming from inside or outside but it kept me awake for a while.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. My only issues were the swimming pool was really cold, there was a ledge in the pool that wasn’t signposted so I grazed my leg, the shower in the changing room was too hot
