Visiting M and S Bank Arena so hotel was very convenient and parking next door was easy. Good food excellent breakfast staff friendly and polite and clean and comfortable facilities.

Have stayed a few times as though it is pricey at weekends (as a lot of places are in the city now), it's a reliably comfortable stay in a good location with a solid breakfast, and staff always great. Nice to have a coffee from the huge comfy bed in the morning while looking out across the river and waterfront through the massive window. Close to museums, some great restaurants, shopping and transport to the football grounds.
